The display of the Note20 Ultra is Dynamic AMOLED 2X. Note20 Ultra screen size is 6.9 Inch and built with glass in front and back has stainless steel frame. The screen resolution of the handset 1440 x 3088 pixels. The body dimension of the handset is 116.7 cm2. Note20 Ultra comes with google Android 10, One UI 2.5. Exynos 990 (7 nm+) powered to the handset Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra.

There are the only variants available in India with this handset which are 256GB 12GB RAM. The handset comes with triple camera – 108 MP/12 MP/12 MP with wide and ultra-wide angle with periscope telephoto, optical zoom and Laser AF sensor. The features of the main camera are LED flash, auto-HDR, panorama.

A selfie camera of the handset comes with single 10 MP 26mm wide angle. The features of the main camera including dual video call, Auto-HDR.

Note20 Ultra comes with Li-Ion 4500 mAH battery non-removable with fast charging 25W. Mystic Bronze, Mystic Black and Mystic White are the three color variants. Some other features like FM radio, with A-GPS, USB Type-C 3.2. Fingerprint (under display, ultrasonic), accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass and the barometer are sensor inbuilt with this handset.
