Today is World Mental Health Day on 10th Oct is annually observed in this date. We are here to trying to spread some awareness towards mental health and we striving for how we can identify the serious mental condition people around them and giving some extra help without knowing them.

In 1992, A initiative of World Federation for Mental Health that every 10th October is a day of global mental health education and strong step against communal disgrace. The purpose of celebrating this day is to raising awareness of mental health issues around the world and the interesting part is that more the 150 countries are the member of the organization to make mobilizing efforts in support of mental health.

A Disease? Seriously

Most of the people and majorly in India, many people think that that mental illness is basically a disease that will never be cure. This is the huge disgrace of the society we are live in. The mental illness that a state of mind where a person are lose interest towards the everything around him. Even family members, friends and own social existent.

Many psychiatrist doctor all over the world has same statement for the cure of the mental health. one of the doctor said its not curable but we are sure to minimize the symptoms and its effectiveness which help people to live their normal life as live before.

As we know today’s youth have more symptoms of mental illness than the older people and especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. In India mental illness are not taken serious . In the other words, lack of knowledge of their sign Or symptoms.

Depression+Anxiety-: According to the website HealthLine, Depression and anxiety can occur at the same time. In fact, it’s been estimated that 45 percent of people with one mental health condition meet the criteria for two or more disorders. One study found that half of people with either Anxiety Or Depression have the other condition

Bipolar Disorder-: is a mental illness marked by extreme shifts in mood.

Seasonal Affective Disorder-:A mood disorder characterized by depression that occurs at the same time every year.

Let discuss about the most common disorder seen in India that is depression. Its very wide mental state where it can kill the person itself, or can murder the one.

Many people have mental health concerns from time to time. But a mental health concern becomes a mental illness when ongoing signs and symptoms cause frequent stress and affect your ability to function.

On the day of World Mental Health Day On 10th Oct, I want to tell my readers that Mental illness is common . About 1 in 5 adults has a mental illness in any given year. Mental illness can begin at any age, from childhood through later adult years, but most cases begin earlier in life.
The effects of mental illness can be temporary or long lasting

At end i only want to sum up while saying that don’t take mental illness causally if anyone suffering from and you feel the person around you is depressed, share your love and care to him/her, because may be he /she need it.
The best medicine for depression is love and caring .
